Worn, not locked away

Orelia began at a single workbench in New York's jewelry district. Our founder, a bench jeweler's apprentice, believed fine pieces shouldn't wait for occasions — they should make Tuesday feel like one.

Today our atelier designs, casts and hand-finishes every piece in small batches. We buy only recycled gold and conflict-free stones, and every finished piece is checked stone-by-stone before it earns its hand-signed assay card.

Delivery

Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day. Shipping is complimentary and fully insured on all orders over $150; a flat $9 applies below that. Every parcel travels in our signature blush gift box with tracking and signature on arrival.

International delivery takes 5–10 business days. Duties for most countries are calculated and prepaid at checkout, so nothing is due at your door.

Easy returns

Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days to live with a piece. If it isn't right, returns are free and refunds land within 5 business days of arrival at our atelier. Engraved pieces are final sale unless faulty.

Exchanges for a different size are always free — write to us first and we'll reserve the new piece before yours ships back.

Care & FAQ

How do I care for gold jewelry?

Warm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft brush once a month keeps gold bright. Store pieces separately in the pouch provided, and put perfume on before your jewelry — never after.

Are your diamonds and stones ethically sourced?

Yes. We buy only conflict-free stones through suppliers audited to the Kimberley Process, and every piece is cast in 100% recycled 14k and 18k gold.

Do you offer resizing?

Complimentary resizing within 60 days on all plain bands and most stone rings. Eternity bands and pavé-set pieces can't be resized, which we always flag on the product page.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

Craftsmanship — loose stones, broken clasps, worn prongs — for life. It doesn't cover loss, theft or a run-in with a swimming pool, but our repair bench will still quote you fairly.
